Yoga with Merrisa

Our Teacher: Merrisa

HER STORY…

“I was born and raised in here in the Antelope Valley and was first introduced to yoga at 13 years old and started a regular practice to for fitness benefits after the birth of my oldest son. What actually ended up happening , was me coming to appreciate the positive impact a regular yoga practice had not just physically but my mental and emotional health as well. I love how yoga and mindfulness has created safe spaces within myself and on my mat that I can come back to regardless of life's chaos.

Practicing and being exposed to the many different styles and lineages of yoga as helped me develop my self practice and teaching style. Luna and Soul Yoga understands and appreciates inclusive teaching at all levels for every one in every body, which is why I offer the various themed and styled classes. “
